Once again Northop triumphed in the Flintshire Best Kept Village Competition 2007. The village came joint first with Caerwys for villages with a population between 1000 and 5000. Our senior citizens also did us proud by coming first in the larger senior citizens estate category. However we are now looking forward to Best Kept Village 2008 and the first litter pick has already taken place. The next litter picks are on 7th June and 5 July (tbc) come. All equipment is provided you just need to show up in the band hall car park at 10am.
