Councillor Mel Higham sadly passed away on September 6th after a battle with cancer.  Cllr Higham had served as Northop and Sychdyn's County Councillor since 1996 and previously on Delyn Council.  He was also a member of Northop Community Council. He is survived by wife Bev and daughter Vanessa.  Our condolences go to family and friends.
